Cisco Unity Connection Update

With the migration to Gmail and Google services, there will be a change in how your voicemail from your Cisco deskphone is handled.  


Previously, your account may have used a Cisco Unity Connection feature called Single Inbox to “sync” the voicemail messages between your voicemail inbox and your email inbox. With this feature, new messages were received in both locations, and deletion in either location would cause an automatic deletion in the other location.  


However, Single Inbox will not work with Gmail at this time.  We have enabled your account to still receive a copy of the voicemail message as an audio file attachment that will be emailed to you, but you will need to delete the message in your email inbox (Gmail) as well as in your voicemail inbox (on your deskphone).
